Baloo Bhaijaan 2

Baloo Bhaijaan 2 is the Arabic member of Ek Type’s Baloo 2 project, with a Latin companion in the same file. Its rounded, buoyant design can give a title an approachable character. The broader project covers several writing systems through separate families; this download does not bundle those other families.

Try it for activity headings, friendly packaging or a public-facing application title. A playful appearance is not evidence that it teaches handwriting forms or suits every child’s reading level. For educational material, proof the actual words with the intended readers and keep instructions clear. The weight range allows both a lighter supporting phrase and a stronger title without changing families.

Working with Baloo Bhaijaan 2

Proof an activity sheet with a heading at 700 and a short instruction at 400, using the included Latin for any bilingual label. Compare Cairo or Almarai if the instruction needs a less expressive companion. Check letters with similar dots in the printed sheet; do not infer handwriting instruction suitability from the friendly style alone.

The original source is variable. The preview provides 5 static positions at weights 400, 500, 600, 700, 800. The ZIP keeps the original variable TTF files, including continuous weight selection in compatible applications. Version: 1.701. The supplied font covers Arabic and Latin.
